Membership Application

By signing this Membership Application the company set forth below ("Member") hereby applies for membership in ONVIF, Inc. ("ONVIF") and shall be deemed to have signed the Rule of Membership of ONVIF, as amended (the "Rules"), and agrees that upon acceptance of Applicant's Membership Application Member will comply with the Rules and any policies adopted by ONVIF that are applicable to the Member, including without limitation the ONVIF Antitrust Policy. The Termination or expiration of this Agreement or the resignation of Member shall have no effect on Member's obligations to comply with the provisions of the Rules which survive termination of the membership. This Membership application shall constitute an agreement between Member and ONVIF and shall be construed and controlled by the laws of the State of Delaware without reference to conflict of laws principles.

  1. Complete the online Membership Application, which includes entering contact details for your company's primary, secondary, billing, technical, PR and marketing contacts with ONVIF. (This form is to be used for first-time submissions only. If your company has previously submitted an application, please contact ONVIF to update or renew your membership.)
  2. Optional - Print out and sign the completed application
  3. To obtain a counter-signed copy of the application, fax or scan and e-mail the signed application to:
